Installation
Step 1
Clean the desired surface with soap and water, removing all dust and dirt particles.
Step 2
Gently Remove the backing by peeling the decal away from a a corner.
Step 3
Carefully place the decal onto the desired surface.
Step 4
Once the decal is in place, use a squeegee (complimentary) to squeeze the bubbles out.
Care and Maintenance

Our decals are resilient and can withstand most car washes. To ensure longevity, we advise against the use of high-pressure water directly on the decal for extended periods, as this might risk peeling.
Removing Your Car Decal
When the time comes to remove your car decal, the process is straightforward. Start by gently lifting a corner of the decal with a razor blade. Once you have an edge, slowly pull the decal away from your vehicle’s surface. If there’s any adhesive residue left behind, the razor blade can also assist in its removal. It’s important to exercise caution during this process to avoid scratching your vehicle’s surface, especially when using sharp tools.

Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

Q: What is your turnaround?
A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping option after my order is placed?
A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What material is your car decal made out of?
Our Car Decals are made from high-performance 2-mil cast film which is a high-quality adhesive vinyl. This material is professional grade and durable to be used inside or outside.
Q: Can the car decals be cut to shape?
A: There are several different shape options to choose from for your opaque vehicle decals, including Square/Rectangle, Circle/Oval, and Custom Shape. The Custom shape option (previously known, or sometimes referred to, as Contour Cut) allows you to either upload a custom shape to our design tool or have us create a custom shape for your sign based on your design.
Q: What is the minimum and maximum size decal I can order? Are there restrictions on size?
A: The smallest your decal can be is 6” x 1”. The largest it can be is 48” x 110”. As long as one of your dimensions is under 48”, we should be able to print any decal you can possibly imagine, design, need or want!
Q: What are car decals typically used for?
A: Some examples include registration or vehicle numbers, as well as contact numbers. More common uses are for the sides of vehicles. This can be on normal cars that are advertising their own business (realtors, home-based businesses, catering, tradesmen, etc.) or for fleet vehicles. Fleet vehicles such as delivery trucks and vans almost always have a branded element on the side of them.
CARE & INSTALLMENT
Q: Will my car decal damage or ruin my window or vehicle in any way?
A: The use of our car decal shouldn’t ruin nor damage your vehicle in any way. Whether you decide to use it on a window or on the side of a vehicle they should not adversely affect the window or paint job.
Q: How do I clean my decal?
A: Your decal can be washed on a regular basis with a wet or damp cloth or rag that is non-abrasive in nature. Make sure that there aren’t any sharp objects or tiny rocks on the decal before wiping down gently.
Q: How do I remove my decal? Will it leave behind a huge mess and lots of residue?
A: In almost all situations your decal simply needs to be peeled away from the surface to remove it. Any residual adhesive can be cleaned up using a cleaner that is compatible with the surface (typically a mild cleaner works just fine) and a non-abrasive rag or cloth.
Q: What is the lifespan of your vehicle decals?
A: With proper care and placement your car decal can last for 3+ years. This lifespan will be impacted by usage and the situation in which it is used. Exterior use and used in harsh climates may have a shorter lifespan. Those used on a display car that is inside at all times will obviously last much longer.
