2-Mil Adhesive VINYL
Our vinyl lettering is individually cut out from a 2-mil vinyl with a wide range of solid colors. They withstand the most extreme climatic conditions that can be used in both indoor or outdoor areas. Highly adhesive and very easy to remove without damaging the surface.
Protective LAMINATE
Laminating film is an extra layer added to the vinyl sheet, which gives extra resistance on the top of a stylish finish. It will help protect against the smearing and fading of your vinyl letterings and decals, as well as prolongs its lifespan.
TRANSFER TAPE
Transfer tape, also known as application tape or pre-mask. When your vinyl design is cut and weeded, clear transfer tape will be applied to fit on the top of the project. The transparency of the pre-mask makes it easier to install your letterings and decals onto any smooth surface.

How to INSTALL VINYL LETTERING
All of our vinyl letterings are ready to apply. It comes with self-adhesive and pre-spaced letters or phrases, making installation simple and fast in one application as needed. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get your lettering installed exactly as you want.
Step by Step Instructions
- Thoroughly clean and dry the surface with an appropriate cleaner. Avoid lint being left on the surface.
- Create a hinge for the intended installing location of the lettering you want to apply. Make the masking tape to the top of the sign.
- Hold the bottom of the hinge, and flip the sheet up-side-down.
- Remove the thick backing off (not the transfer tape) to reveal the sticky backing of your letterings.
- Use a squeegee to transfer the lettering firmly to the surface and work out any bubbles
- Carefully pull upwards to remove the transfer tape.

A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.
Q: Can I change my artwork design after I make a payment?
A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!
Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

Q: What is your turnaround?
A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping option after my order is placed?
A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What is the material you use?
A: Our vinyl lettering is made from high-performance 2-mil cast film which is a high-quality adhesive vinyl. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Q: How thick is the vinyl lettering?
A: The thickness is about 2-mil (50 microns). And it won't bulge at its surface.
Q: What are the minimum and maximum dimensions of your lettering?
A: Normally, the cut vinyl design can be up to 24 inches in one dimension and 600 inches in the other dimension. If you need a size larger than that, please contact us before, with your particular requirements.
Do you offer colors, fonts that are not listed?
A: Please contact us for the availability of any desired colors, fonts. We can sometimes accommodate the particular requirements like other colors, designated fonts, but need a custom quote, so our designers can see what to do(which comes with a longer processing time).
Care & installment
Q: How can I install my lettering?
A: Thoroughly clean and dry the surface, then peel the back liner (which is different from the transfer tape) and stick to your intended location. Using a roller or squeegee, apply pressure to reduce the bubbles between the pre-masked side and your lettering, gently remove the pre-mask transfer tape, repeat doing until all letterings well attached.
Q: How can I clean the vinyl lettering?
A: You can use a damp non-abrasive rag to wipe the vinyl lettering, this will clear it of dust or grime without damaging the lettering.
Q: How do I maintain my custom vinyl lettering?
A: Do not use strong detergents or scrub vigorously as both of these actions may damage or peel away the lettering from the surface.
