Our custom vinyl floor decals are straightforward to install on various non-porous surfaces, including hardwood, tile (smooth, without grout lines), laminate, and sealed concrete. It’s essential to ensure that your chosen surface is thoroughly cleaned and prepped before applying the decal, guaranteeing optimal adhesion and impact.

Interior floor decals will not work on porous or non compatible surfaces such as or areas that are dirty, stained (oil, chemicals, etc.), or wet.

LIFESPAN

Our Vinyl Floor Decals are crafted to meet the demands of varying traffic conditions. In areas with heavy foot traffic, they maintain their quality and appearance for 6-12 months, making them an excellent choice for busy retail or commercial spaces. In settings with little to no foot traffic, their lifespan extends to 3-5 years. Once these decals are installed, they are fixed in place; they are neither repositionable nor reusable. Our floor decals are designed with practicality in mind, ensuring they withstand regular cleaning routines, including mopping. The durable material and protective coating make them resistant to water and common cleaning solutions. Mop over them as you would with the rest of your flooring, confident that they’ll continue to look great and stay in place.

Our floor stickers are designed for easy removal, although they are not reusable. To remove your vinyl decal, start by peeling it off from one end, gently pulling it up in quick, short strokes at an angle less than 45 degrees. Continue this action until the entire decal is detached from the surface. If the decal has been in place for some time or if it was applied to certain types of surfaces, there might be some residual adhesive. This can typically be cleaned off with an adhesive remover, chosen according to the safety and suitability for your specific installation surface.

A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.

A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.

(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.

A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.

A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

  PRODUCT SPECS

A: Our custom floor decals are made out of a thin adhesive vinyl. This vinyl material has proved to be a durable yet aesthetically pleasing option for floor signage.
A: Our custom floor decals are an adhesive vinyl that can be applied to most floor surfaces. They are similar to a sticker which uses a sticky or adhesive backing to stick to the desired surface.
A: The smallest your floor decal can be is 6”x1”. Any smaller than that will result in print clarity that is less than ideal due to the standard printing of our industrial printers. The maximum dimensions of our floor decals are 48” by 110” in either direction.
A: Yes! There are several different shape options to choose from for your floor decals, including Square/Rectangle, Circle/Oval, and Custom shapes. The Custom shape option (previously known, or sometimes referred to, as Contour Cut) allows you to either upload a custom shape to our design tool or have us create a custom shape for your sign based off of your design.
A: Custom floor decals have a wide variety of uses depending on the industry. In most cases they are used as a way to promote an in-store sale or promotion. Another common use for floor decals in different settings (retail, conferences, schools, etc.) is directional usage.

  Care & installment

A: Our custom floor decals are intended for interior use only. Using the decals outside may damage the product or result in the product wearing at an accelerated speed. They are not weather resistant because they are not intended for outside use.
A: Assuming the decals are placed and used only for interior use, they can last for as long as 1-2 years with proper care and maintenance. However, we typically recommend replacing the graphics from the floor within a year of installation.
Our decals should not damage the surface where they are applied. The only potential difficulty is the removal of long-standing decals. A mild cleaner and rag or brush of some sort may be needed to help remove residual adhesives.
