How to choose your custom vinyl banner

CRAFTSMANSHIP

Made of 13oz vinyl fabric with a weft inserted knit for greater strength and durability. We use inks that are UV-resistant and waterproof to ensure the vinyl banner has the brightest image.

DETAILED

Grommeted every 1.5-2 Ft and welded all the hems to get better performance. It is a custom banner that tends to last! No matter for a grand opening, business advertising, house directions. Free zip ties for quick installation.

Installation

Properly hanging your banners will make it continuously look extraordinary while displaying. If ordered your vinyl banner with the grommets option, it is ready to hang. You can use various accessories such as rope, zip ties, or bungee cords interlace through grommets and support poles.

Care & Storing

To ensure the long life of your custom vinyl banners, properly cleaning should be carried out with utmost care. Use a soft damp cloth or microfiber towels to clean with simple soap and warm water. Do not use any cleaning product that contains ammonia.

When storing your banners, roll them up with the graphics facing inward to prevent damage or scratches on the printing. Avoid folding your banner because it will crease the material.

Wow. The price on this was amazing and the quality is excellent. I needed a banner and local shops literally wanted to charge $200 for the same thing (this was $35 shipped). It arrived with the reasonable length of time, packaged perfectly and for a quick edit the response time was super fast. Q: I am not good at graphic design, What kind of artwork do you accept?

Q: Instead of uploading, Can I send everything through E-mail?

A: Yes, you can send us all your images, artwork and specific design requirement at custom@anley.com, your dedicated customer service representative will handling everything for you.

Q: I am a professional designer. Do you accept AI, ESP and PSD?

A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.

Q: Can I change my artwork design after I make a payment?

A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!

Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?

A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.

Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?

A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

Q: Can I get a bulk discount?

A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.

Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?

A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.

Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?

A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

Q: How to track my order?

A: Tracking your ANLEY order is quick and easy! Here are three convenient methods to choose from:

For Logged-In Users: Simply visit the "My Orders" page on our website. There, you'll find the status of your order, along with the carrier information and tracking number.
For Guests (No Login Required): Just enter your order ID and email address to receive the latest update on your order status.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Q: What is your turnaround?

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.

(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.

Q: Can I upgrade my shipping option after my order is placed?

A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.

Q: Can I return the product?

A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.
